Autumn is one of the nicest, and most beautiful seasons in the Lowveld. Apart from the moderate temperatures, there’s also a definite indication that the seasons are changing when the familiar kapok trees start to bloom, covering the city in a canopy of pink flowers.
Speaking of seasons, it’s been a very good breeding season for the wildlife at Likweti Bushveld Farm Estate which roam freely on the 765 hectares. Most notably no doubt was the birth of the two giraffe calves born just a couple of months from each other. The estate also welcomed several new zebra, nyala, kudu and wildebeest offspring over the last couple of months.
As is the case with the fauna, the number of residents at Likweti Bushveld Farm Estate have also increased considerably since the launch of Likweti Views, the third phase of this popular wildlife residential estate.
At present there are four completed and occupied homes at Likweti Views. Furthermore, there are five houses currently under construction. Two Developer Houses have been sold and finished thus far with the third (under contract) expected to be completed by September 2023. Groundworks for the phase’s fifth Developer House will be starting very soon.
The third phase saw the release of 50 new and exclusive stands. All the stands are a minimum of one hectare and boast incredible views of the Lowveld. More than 45% of these stands have already been sold in just over a year.
One hectare stands at Likweti Views are now selling from R1.1 million.
